We have released a new version of Q*Wallet (V2.0) that provides several important usability improvements. With this release,
Q*Wallet is again entering a period of active development after a dormant period of 2 years.
A new option "One-time password prompt" has been added, allowing you to choose between having
to enter your password each time you use the wallet, or only when you first open the wallet during a session.
A bug that caused the window to flicker and become unstable under Windows 95/98/ME was fixed.
The advertisments have been removed, and Q*Wallet is again shareware.
A new QW*Search form has been added to the top of the application,
allowing quick and convienent internet searching right from the application.
Don't you hate running to get your credit card
while internet shopping? Q*Wallet is a small,
quick application that provides you with instant access to
personal information when you really need it.
Credit card numbers, site logins and passwords, and
frequent flyer numbers are all securely stored on your
computer's hard drive by Q*Wallet. When you need
to use a credit card, just click on the Q*Wallet icon in
the system tray, and drag and drop your credit card
number and expiration date directly onto the web
page.
Q*Wallet NEVER
directly sends your information over the internet.
All credit card, site login, and frequent flyer
information is stored securely on your local hard
